My Yoga Classes are Open to All Levels of Ability and Encourage You to Explore Ways to Move your Body, Regulate your Breath and Calm the Mind in Order to Live a more Joyful and Nature-Aligned Life.
Free Yoga Sessions all day in Bedford Park, near the Pavillion.
My session 'Yoga and Qigong" begins at 1pm.
12-1pm We gather as a community to move, celebrate and harness the joy and ripeness of the season.
Place: Priory Methodist Church, Newnham Ave, Bedford. Bring your mat.

Patrizia's calming voice and the lovely poses and mindfulness transformed the way I was feeling and I left completely re-energised and healthy.
